Reborn Developments™ is a real estate investment and crowdfunding platform that allows clients to invest directly in stand-alone real estate projects, real estate funds, and real estate investment trusts (REITs). Unlike most real estate crowdfunding platforms that act as intermediaries connecting investors with third-party developers, Reborn Developments™ directly manages the investment process from start to finish.
Through our platform, clients can select from a range of filters to choose the type of project and expected returns. They can make investments of any size from their USD or EUR accounts into various projects, which are then funded and managed by Reborn Developments™, its subsidiaries, affiliates, or associated parties.
This direct management approach sets Reborn Developments™ apart from other platforms in the industry, ensuring a more hands-on and comprehensive investment experience for clients.
The company offers various types of stand-alone projects, with the first consideration being the project type.
Predominantly, Reborn offers real estate projects of all types, processes, and sizes, including:



Additionally, they offer various property types such as residential, commercial, industrial, and others. Occasionally, the company also presents business and franchise projects, like Reborn Home Grown Branded RebornHotels franchises or partner retail/service franchises. These allow investors to participate in proven business models in specific locations.
In both situations, the funds required to bring the project to life are crowdfunded and structured as variable-interest promissory notes. These loans are based on property returns and are directed to Special Purpose Vehicles (SPVs), which are legal entities formed specifically to manage debt or equity related to the business or property in question.
SPVs offer significant benefits as they protect both clients and the company from financial liabilities in other projects. They also limit the liability that a property may incur due to lawsuits or damage to third parties. Furthermore, these SPVs are typically registered locally, circumventing protectionist policies that certain jurisdictions may impose on foreign investors.
Regardless of the project type, every project goes through the same stages.
Stages
Funding Stage
This is the stage at which the project collects the necessary funding, allowing clients to invest their funds. Each project has a specified viable period during which it must be funded. If the funding goal is not met, the funds are returned to clients' cash accounts, and the project is suspended.
Process Started Stage
At this stage, the project begins the process of property acquisition and/or capital expenditure, which may include construction or renovation, along with all other necessary steps to progress the project to the working stage.
Working Stage
This stage marks the point at which the project carries out its primary objectives, such as Buy2Rent, Buy2Sell, or Buy2Hold. This stage also includes the closing stage, often referred to as the operating period.
Closing Stage
This is when the project executes its exit strategy for the asset, concluding the investment period. All funds are recalculated, and final payments are sent to clients' accounts.
Funds
Unlike stand-alone projects, funds are collective investments. They consist of a collection of funds invested in various properties, utilizing a specific investment strategy as described in the fund's informational material.
Funds offer a more passive investment option, removing decision-making from the investment process. They also provide greater liquidity by allowing clients to liquidate their entire or a portion of their position at specific liquidation points, typically on a quarterly basis.
The investment strategy and decision-making process are executed by the Investment Strategist, ensuring alignment with the fund's strategy. Similar to stand-alone projects, Reborn Developments™ acts as the sole acquisitions and development team for the real estate that the fund participates in.
The decision-making process significantly expedites the type of property that can be purchased since it does not require a lengthy funding period to collect the necessary funds.
REITs
Private real estate investment trusts (REITs) are public companies traded through the www.reborndevelopments.com platform and mobile app. One of the key requirements for REITs is to distribute a significant portion of their income to shareholders in the form of dividends.
The primary advantage of REITs is that, as public companies, the shares owned by clients can be bought or sold at any time. This provides liquidity and flexibility compared to other forms of real estate investment.
Auto-Invest
Auto-Invest is an automatic investment vehicle that you can set up on the auto-invest page. It functions somewhat like a monthly subscription, allowing you to deduct funds from your monthly income directly into your investment account.
Furthermore, you can configure a series of automatic parameters that will invest these funds into projects that match your specified criteria. Optionally, if all or some of the funds cannot be invested due to a lack of projects, any remaining funds can be held in the investment account or invested in a fund.

1. Open an Investment Account:
Begin by opening an investment account today.
2. Complete AML, KYC, PEP & CFT Requirements:
As part of the onboarding process, make sure to complete the Anti-Money Laundering (AML), Know Your Customer (KYC), Politically Exposed Persons (PEP), and Combating the Financing of Terrorism (CFT) requirements.
3. Select Preferred Deposit Method:
In the selected account's 'payments' section, choose your preferred deposit method.
4. Deposit Funds:
Deposit funds into your USD or EUR balance.
With these steps completed, you'll be ready to start investing through the platform.
